2. Q: Why should I book my airport parking in advance?
A: Simple - it is cost effective. The earlier you pre-book the better the price, you also have a wider choice of airport parking products to suit your requirements.
Pre-booking guarantees you will have a car parking space, peak seasons can get extremely busy.
3. Q: I would like to cancel my booking, how can I cancel?
A: Online cancellations and amendments have never been this easy! Enter your booking reference and your email address used when the booking was initially made and you can amend or cancel your booking.
If you would like to cancel your booking within 48hours of arrival at the airport car park please email admin@a2bairportparking.com. You may also cancel on-line by selecting amendments and entering your booking reference and email address.
4. Q: My Flight has been cancelled / delayed, what do I do?

5. Q: Who do I contact if I have any queries about my booking?
A: You may email us directly - admin@a2bairportparking.com, you will receive a reply within 48hours.
6. Q: Is it safe to book my airport parking online?
A: Yes it is, please check the status of our SSL certificate and our privacy policy.
7. Q: How do I pay for my airport parking booking?
A: Payment is made securely on line, secured by Comodo. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo.
8. Q: Can I amend my booking details?
A: You can use our online AMENDMENTS section and change the majority of your details on your booking. If unsure please contact us at admin@a2bairportparking.com
9. Q: Can I take sporting equipment, skis or extra luggage on the transfer bus?
A: The majority of transfer buses will be able to accomodate this. You can confirm this by either checking the i for information in the results page for a particular car park or, alternatively you can email our dedicated customer services team on customerservices@a2bairportparking.com and they will check with the car park directly. Please note extra large items such as surfboards are not normally allowed.
10. Q: Why does the Web Site not allow me to amend a Booking On Line?
A: A booking cannot be amended online if the travel date is within 48 hours of trying to amend the booking. You must email admin@airportparking.com to see if you may still amend this booking.
11. Q: What happens if I forget my voucher?
A: Please make a note of your booking reference once you have confirmed your booking just in case you do forget your voucher. Our airport parking supplier will also have a record of your booking which will include your surname and vehicle information to verify your confirmation.
12. Q: What are the differences between airport car park options?
A: Take a look on our home page and click on the airport options banner to see our animations. This will help you understand the choices available. We have also introduced symbols so it is clear what car park service you are booking.
13. Q: What if my flight is delayed and I go over my pre-booked parking time?
A: You can pay for any additional parking time on your return. This will be paid direct to the car park supplier.
Prices of car parks do vary depending on time of year so we are unable to supply an exact cost for any extra time.
14. Q: How will I know if a car park offers any disabled facilities?
A: You can either check on the results page under i for information regarding a specific car park or alternatively email us: admin@a2bairportparking.com and a member of staff will contact the car park direct on your behalf.
15. Q: Will there be any parking restrictions I need to know about?
A: Some of our car park suppliers do have height and vehicle restrictions in place. Please see under i for further information regarding a specific car park or email us on admin@a2bairportparking.com
16. Q: If I find a car park price on your website but do not confirm this booking straight away could the price change?
A: Yes, from time to time prices may change. To ensure you get the the car park price you are happy with book now to avoid disappointment.
17. Q: Why do I need to give a mobile telephone number when I book a Meet and Greet service?
A: It is imperative that you provide a mobile phone number for meet and greet arrangements so that the car park supplier can contact you if necessary. They may need to contact you to confirm your meeting time, meeting point, to advise you if there is a situation at the airport EG: road closed or extreme weather conditions etc. Your mobile number will only be used for this service. It will not be used to contact you for any other reason.
