1. Question : What is the Meet and Greet Airport Access Fee?

Answer : At London Heathrow and London Stansted Airport; and scheduled to go live on 1st July 2013 at London Gatwick Airport is an ‘Airport Access Fee’. This fee is a pre-agreed amount which the relevant Airport Authority charges the Meet and Greet Company every time they access the terminal forecourt and/or the pre-agreed Meet and Greet Meeting/Returning point. Thus the Meet and Greet Companies are charged this amount twice, once when collecting your vehicle and also when it’s returned. Most of our Meet and Greet suppliers include this fee in the total price, although there are some suppliers who prefer you to make cash payment to their drivers on the day. Please note that “full” details are given on the ‘More Information’ link on the website and also show on your booking confirmation. In order to make it clearer on the website we display an Icon which clearly indicates which Meet and Greet Services have this fee already included in the total price for these applicable Airports. Please note that this Meet and Greet Airport Access Fee IS ONLY applicable to Meet and Greet Services and not to any on-airport car parks, or off-airport car parks and/or any on-airport valet parking products. 2. Question : Can I book airport parking within 24 hours of arrival at the airport?

Answer : Our website will automatically show the results for car parks with available spaces. Visit the home page to make your booking. Please be aware some of the meet and greet services may be unavailable.

3. Question : Why should I book my airport parking in advance?

Answer : Simple - it is cost effective. The earlier you pre-book the better the price, you also have a wider choice of airport parking products to suit your requirements. Pre-booking guarantees you will have a car parking space, peak seasons can get extremely busy.

4. Question : I would like to cancel my booking, how can I cancel?

Answer : Online cancellations and amendments have never been this easy! Enter your booking reference and your email address used when the booking was initially made and you can amend or cancel your booking. If you would like to cancel your booking within 48hours of arrival at the airport car park please email You may also cancel on-line by selecting amendments and entering your booking reference and email address.

5. Question : I would like to take out the 0.99 cancellation waiver, what does this cover me for?

Answer : The 0.99 cancellation waiver means that should you need to cancel your airport parking for any reason means you can do so and you will be given a full refund minus the cost of the cancellation waiver. You are able to cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your stay date.

9. Question : How do I pay for my airport parking booking?

10. Question : Can I amend my booking details?

Answer : You can use our online AMENDMENTS section and change the majority of your details on your booking. If unsure please contact us at

11. Question : Can I take sporting equipment, skis or extra luggage on the transfer bus?

Answer : The majority of transfer buses will be able to accomodate this. You can confirm this either by checking the i for information in the results page for a particular car park or, alternatively you can email our admin team on and they will check with the car park directly. Please note extra large items such as surfboards are not normally allowed.

12. Question : Why does the Web Site not allow me to amend a Booking On Line?

Answer : A booking cannot be amended online if the travel date is within 48 hours of trying to amend the booking. You must email to see if you may still amend this booking.

13. Question : I would like to book a car park BUT I notice it has NR - No refund?

Answer : A special rate is given by this car park - indicated by the orange NR logo, This is often the best price but is non refundable and no changes are not allowed on this booking. Please make sure you have entered the correct dates and times for this type of car park booking.

14. Question : What happens if I forget my customer voucher?

Answer : Please make a note of your booking reference once you have confirmed your booking just in case you do forget your customer voucher. Our airport parking supplier will also have a record of your booking which will include your surname and vehicle information to verify your confirmation.

15. Question : What are the differences between the airport parking products?

Answer : Each Car Parking product is classed as either on-airport, off-airport, meet and greet, return greet or port parking.  You will find a full explanation for each of these types of parking on the Home Page.  For full details of each car parking product, simply click the more information link for each product located on the results page.

16. Question : What if my flight is delayed and I go over my pre-booked parking time?

Answer : You can pay for any additional parking time on your return. This will be paid direct to the car park supplier. Prices of car parks do vary depending on time of year so we are unable to supply an exact cost for any extra time.

17. Question : How will I know if a car park offers any disabled facilities?

18. Question : Will there be any parking restrictions I need to know about?

Answer : Some of our car park suppliers do have height and vehicle restrictions in place. Please see under i for further information regarding a specific car park or email us on

19. Question : If I find a car park price on your website but do not confirm this booking straight away could the price change?

Answer : Yes, prices do change and some car parks change prices on a regular basis especially in peak seasons.  We strongly suggest that you book at the time you receive the quote to avoid disappointment.

20. Question : Why do I need to give a mobile telephone number when I book a Meet and Greet service

Answer : It is imperative that you provide a mobile phone number for meet and greet arrangements so that the car park supplier can contact you if necessary. They may need to contact you to confirm your meeting time, meeting point, to advise you if there is a situation at the airport EG: road closed or extreme weather conditions etc. Your mobile number will only be used for this service. It will not be used to contact you for any other reason.

23. Question : Is the meet and greet driver covered by his companies insurance when driving my vehicle to and from the parking area?

Answer : All the suppliers we work with have Insurance which covers their drivers/chauffeurs driving customers vehicles to and from the Airport to the Car Park/Storage.

24. Question : Can I take excess luggage on the shuttle from the car park to the Airport?

Answer : The standard luggage allowance is one piece of hand luggage and one small suitcase/holdall only per person and should not exceed 70cm x 40cm x 20cm. If you are taking extra luggage on the car park shuttle such as oversized bags, bicycles, skis, surfboards or golf bags away with you, please contact our admin team on to allow us to confirm if the shuttle will be able to accommodate the additional luggage.
