Airport And Port Parking Booking Conditions

Your contract with the airport car park services featured on this website:

Upon booking an airport or port car parking service, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation of your booking in the form of an ‘Car Parking Voucher’, at the time that this confirmation is sent your  booking is confirmed. The date of your booking is the date that appears on the e-mail confirmation. All bookings are subject to our Booking Conditions including cancellation charges and amendment fees.  Once your booking has been confirmed, the car parking service provider is responsible to you to provide you with the services that you have booked. 

 

Please note: Upon receipt of your airport parking voucher it is important to carefully check the details of your booking.  Should the need arise for you to amend or cancel your booking, an amendment or cancellation fee may be charged (see full cancellation and amendment policies below). 

Extra luggage or oversized items may require confirmation from the car parking service provider.   Please email admin@a2bairportparking.com  and they will seek to clarify this on your behalf.

 

Larger vehicles such as trailers, vans and trucks may have an additional charge or may not be accepted. Please email admin@a2bairportparking.com and they will seek to clarify this on your behalf. The car parking service provider reserve the right to refuse entry if this procedure is not followed.

 

Transfers to and from the airport: Please note that your shuttle transfer duration may vary depending on how many stops have to be made, please see i on the results page for information regarding the service.

Please ensure that you have a copy of your airport parking voucher with you as proof of booking.  This voucher may need to be presented to the car parking service provider unless stated otherwise in the procedures.

 

Payment

Full payment for your airport / port parking is due at the time of booking.  Please see our privacy policy regarding the security of your personal information.

 

Additional Charges

  • If you park your car before the arrival date/time printed on your booking confirmation you may have to pay the car park locally for any additional parking time.
  • If you collect your car before the departure date/time printed on your booking confirmation then you will not receive a refund for the unused time.
  • If you collect your car after the departure date/time printed on your booking confirmation then you will have to pay the car park locally for any additional parking time.

 

Amendments

Amendments to existing bookings are possible and can be made on-line in our booking amendment section. Please see our amendment policy below:

  • You cannot make an amendment to a parking booking in the 24 hours prior to the arrival date printed on your booking confirmation, or any time thereafter.
  • Certain conditions and charges may apply when changing details, if charges or fees apply they will be taken from the original card details given at the time of the booking. 
  • Amendments to passenger details, car details and customer details are generally accepted at no cost.
  • Certain promotional offers, or bookings made at the special ‘advance purchase’, or classed as ‘non-flexible/no refund’, ‘supersaver’ and no refund/no amendment parking products cannot be amended once booked. 

 

Cancellations

Cancellations to your booking must be made through a2bairportparking.com and are subject to the Terms and Conditions set out in the cancellation policy.  Please either use our on-line facility via the amendments section or send your cancellation request to admin@a2bairporparking.com.  Please note that a request for cancellation will only be accepted by email, should the lead passenger request the cancellation.  Cancellations cannot be accepted verbally.  Please see our cancellation policy below:

  • You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking in the 24 hours prior to the arrival date printed on your booking confirmation, or any time thereafter.
  • Where it is possible to cancel a booking and obtain a refund, you will be charged a fixed cancellation fee of £4:99.  
  • Certain promotional offers, or bookings made at the special ‘advance purchase’, or classed as ‘non-flexible/no refund’ and ‘supersaver’ parking products cannot be cancelled or amended.  In these cases you will not be refunded and you will be charged the full cost of your booking including the cost of any cancellation charge waiver.  ALL Airport Parking products which have a ‘No Refund’ policy are clearly indicated on the website with our NR LOGO.

 

The exceptions to the rule where the following fixed cancellation charges apply are:

  • Dover Harbour Board, Ferry Parking £10:00 cancellation fee
  • Dover Harbour Board, Cruise Parking £15:00 cancellation fee
  • Southampton Cruise Parking £10.00 cancellation fee

 

Cancellation Waiver Charge

Airport Parking cancellation waiver costs £0:99 and must be purchased at the same time as your airport parking booking.  This will protect you from cancellation charges in accordance with our cancellation policy. Therefore should you need to cancel your Airport Parking for any reason, you can do so and you will be given a full refund minus the cost of the cancellation waiver. 

 

  • You are able to cancel your booking up to the 24 hours before your stay date.   
  • If you cancel your booking in less than 24 hours before your stay date then no refund will be given.
  • Full refunds are given minus the cost of the cancellation waiver.
  • The cancellation protection offered by the Cancellation Charge Waiver is not available if you are booking for the same day or the next day.
  • Certain promotional offers, or bookings made at the special ‘advance purchase’, or classed as ‘non flexible/no refund’ and ‘supersaver’ parking products cannot be cancelled.  In these cases you will not be refunded and you will be charged the full cost of your booking including the cancellation charge waiver.  ALL Airport parking products which have a ‘No Refund’ policy are clearly indicated with our NR Logo.

 

Changes and Cancellations made by us:

There may be the occasion whereby we may need to make changes to your booking after it has been confirmed, we reserve the right to do this if so required.  If we have to make a change to your booking we will advise you as soon as possible and will offer you a choice of the following:

 

  1. Accept the changed arrangement, or
  2. Choose an alternative product of a similar standard {for less expensive products we will offer a refund of the difference}, or
  3. Cancel the booking, in which case you will receive full and prompt refund of all monies you have paid to us

 

Customer Service

We pride ourselves in maintaining excellent customer service standards, every customer who books through a2bairportparking.com receives a customer satisfaction questionnaire to allow us to continually monitor and ensure all our parking providers achieve the high service levels we require.  All complaints are taken seriously and fully investigated, complaints must be made in writing to customerservices@a2bairportparking.com and our aim is to conclude within 28 days of receipt of your written complaint.

 

Customers Liability

As the customer you must ensure that your vehicle is in a safe and roadworthy condition, has a current MOT certificate {if required by law}, display a valid tax disk and that no dangerous or toxic or illegal substances have been left within the vehicle.   Failure to adhere to these rules may result in the car park service provider refusing to accept your booking, which in turn will result in no refund.

 

Minimum Stays

A minimum stay applies at some car parks.  Should you wish to stay for fewer days this is possible, but the cost of the minimum duration will be charged.

 

Insurance

All Parking is subject to the terms and conditions of the individual car park or car parking provider, these are available on request from the car park or car parking provider.  Parking is always at the owners own risk.  Please ensure that you leave no valuables in your vehicle when parking. 

 

Car Keys

If you are required to leave your keys with either the car park staff and/or driver/chauffeur, please don’t hand over any additional keys with your vehicle keys and ensure that there is no address or other form of identification on your vehicle key/fob.

 

Meet and Greet Parking

If you have booked a Meet and Greet parking service, please note that a vehicle check will be completed with you on both your arrival and return.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you sign in agreement with the checks and hand over your keys to the respective Meet and Greet service provider, of whom all have ID badges.  Supplements may be charged for service outside normal hours or if you are delayed upon your return, these are payable directly to the service provider.  In high season we suggest to allow extra time on both the arrival and return for this service due to congestion which can occur at the Airport Terminal due to high volumes.

 

Our responsibility to you for your Booking

As we are acting as a booking agent for the car parking service provider, we are only liable to you as the customer for losses directly arising from our negligence in processing a booking.  


A2Bairportparking.com is also an agent acting on behalf of APH and Holiday Extras for a selection of airport parking services.  If a booking is made through a2bairportparking.com for either an APH parking service or Holiday Extra parking service, then you are bound by their terms and conditions. Car parking service providers responsibility

All bookings are accepted subject to the car parking service providers current terms and conditions, most of which will displayed at each car park, or if required they are available on request, please email admin@a2bairportparking.com.   

The car parking service providers will not accept responsibility or liability for the following:

  • Damage to vehicles or property arising from acts of nature.
  • Damaged windscreens or windows unless proved to have been caused by negligence of the service provider
  • Mechanical or electrical failure, damaged or punctured tyres
  • Personal possessions left in the vehicle, loose items not otherwise permanently fixed to the vehicles
  • Any extra charges such as hotel, car hire etc...

It is important that you retain any car parking ticket and/or voucher and keep it safe whilst you are away.  The car parking service providers have a lien for all charges due and will only release your car on production of this ticket/voucher.  The car parking service provider cannot be held responsible if you lose your ticket/voucher and it is presented to the service provider by a third party who may use it fraudulently to take your vehicle.

The car parking service provider will reject any responsibility unless you notify them of any loss or damage to your vehicle or persons before you leave the car park; or if you are participating in a Meet and Greet service, you are obliged to notify the service providers driver/chauffeur whom you complete your vehicle return check with at the Airport Terminal.  

 

Indemnity

Upon booking your airport parking through a2bairportparking.com, you accept responsibility for the proper conduct of yourself and your party.  The car park service provider reserves the right at any time to terminate (before or after departure) your booking.  Full cancellation charges will apply and no refund will be given.  Furthermore, the car park provider shall be under no obligation, whatsoever to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses you may incur as a result of said termination of your booking, in accordance with this paragraph.  If your actions or those of any member of your party causes damage you agree to fully indemnify us against any claim (including reasonable legal costs) made against a2bairportparking.com by the car park service provider.  Lastly, you are also liable for reimbursing the car park service provider for any damage caused.

Please also read the Website ‘Terms of Use’ and take note that such Terms of Use are incorporated into these Booking Conditions. To the extent that there is any conflict between the Website Terms of Use and these Booking Conditions, the Website Terms of use shall prevail.
