Introduction
A2Bairportparking.com act as a booking agent on behalf of airport parking suppliers. Your contract will be with these third party airport parking providers and any booking you make will be directly with the car park supplier and not with A2Bairportparking.com. Please read these Booking Conditions carefully together with any Terms and Conditions provided by the airport parking company supplier. They apply to all bookings made with A2Bairportparking.com and to all members of your party.
Please also read the Website Terms of Use available on our website and take note that such Terms of Use are incorporated into these Booking Conditions. To the extent that there is any conflict between the Website Terms of Use and these Booking Conditions, the Website Terms of use shall prevail.
Your Contract with the airport car park services featured on this Website:
Upon booking an airport car park, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation of your booking in the form of a Voucher, at the time that the confirmation is sent the booking is confirmed. The date of the booking is the date that appears on the e-mail confirmation. All bookings are subject to these Booking Conditions. All Booking Conditions will apply including Cancellation Charges and Amendment Fees. Once the booking has been confirmed, the car park is responsible to you to provide you with the services requested. You are responsible for payment of the appropriate fee, in each case subject to the Booking Conditions, and any other Terms and Conditions specific to the relevant airport car park. The voucher must be presented to the car park supplier unless stated otherwise in the procedures.
Please note: Upon receipt of your airport car parking voucher it is important to carefully check the details of your booking. Should the need arise to amend or cancel your booking, an amendment or cancellation fee may be charged (as described below). Bookings cannot be amended within 48 hours of parking; exceptions will only be made to changes in flight details. In parties of two or more passengers, the person making the booking ("Lead Passenger") accepts responsibility for all payments for all members of the party. All vouchers and correspondence will be sent to the Lead Passenger. The Lead Passenger in turn has to ensure that all members of the party are kept fully informed.
Extra luggage or oversized items may require confirmation from the specific car park service. Please email customerservices@a2bairportparking.com and they will seek to clarify this on your behalf.
Larger vehicles such as trailers, vans and trucks may have an additional charge or may not be accepted. Please email customerservices@a2bairportparking.com and they will seek to clarify this on your behalf. Car parks reserve the right to refuse entry if this procedure is not followed.
Should you need to amend or cancel the booking, confirmation by e-mail or post, from the Lead Passenger, has to be received. We will only accept confirmation from the person who made the original booking.
Transfers to and from the airport: Please note that your shuttle transfer duration may vary depending on how many stops have to be made, please see i on the results page for information regarding the service.
Paying for your booking
Full payment of your airport car parking is due at the time of booking. Please see our Privacy Policy regarding the security of your personal information.
If your car is parked before the arrival date and time printed on your voucher or collected after the departure date and time then you may be required to pay the car park any additional parking time at their gate rate.
You will not receive a refund if your car is collected before your return date printed on your voucher.
Amendments to your existing booking
Changes to existing bookings are possible and can be made on-line in our booking amendment section, certain conditions and charges may apply when changing details. If charges or fees apply it will be taken from the original card details given.
Cancellations of booking and clients
You may cancel your booking at any time using our on-line service or requesting cancellation via e-mail sent to admin@a2bairportparking.com. Note that a request for cancellation will only be accepted by email, should the Lead Passenger request the cancellation.
The following cancellation policy applies. Inside 48hours of the departure date 100% cancellation fees - no monies will be refunded. 3 days - 60 days prior to the departure date 25% of the cost of the booking will be charged. Outside of 60 days of departure a 10% administration fee per booking will be charged.
The cancellation and amendment fees paid to a2bairportparking.com shall be passed by a2bairportparking.com onto the car park subject to a2bairportparking.com Ltd retaining a reasonable administration fee as a proportion of the cancellation fee.
If you chose to purchase one of the special, advance or price buster products, parking express supersaver, summer special supersaver, please note bookings cannot be amended, and if the booking is cancelled no refund will be given. Customer Services
A2Bairportparking.com takes any complaint seriously and is willing to address each case individually. Each complaint must be made in writing. On receipt of your letter we will acknowledge it straight away. Our aim is to conclude within 14 days of receipt of your written complaint.
Holiday Insurance
It is highly recommended that adequate holiday insurance is taken out and this is your responsibility. The insurance should cover, amongst other things, the cost of cancellation by you, all medical costs and the cost of assistance including return to the UK in the event of an accident or illness.
Our responsibility to you for your Booking
As we are acting only as a booking agent, we have no liability and will not accept responsibility for a car parking suppliers negligence, your car or any personal items in your car. Each car park supplier will have terms and conditions exhibited at each car park or it is available on request, please email admin@a2bairportparking.com
Each car parking supplier will usually accept liability for its own negligence and will maintain an insurance policy accordingly. However it will not take responsibility for the acts of any third party or your car or anything in it which may be covered by any other insurance policy.
The car park suppliers we work with will endeavour to make every effort to make their car park secure and to collect and deliver and move cars safely. If a car park is open to the public the company cannot guarantee the security of your vehicle, its contents, your personal safety or belongings.
You are obliged to notify the car park supplier of any loss or damage to your vehicle or persons before you leave the car park or car parking suppliers will reject any responsibility.
Local car parking suppliers will not accept liability for the following:
-Damage to vehicles or property arising from acts of nature
-Damaged windscreens or windows unless proved to have been caused by negligence
-Mechanical or electrical failure, damaged or punctured tyres
-Personal possessions left in the vehicle, loose items not otherwise permanently fixed to the vehicles
-Any extra charges such as hotel, car hire etc.

Indemnity
Upon booking your airport parking through a2bairportparking.com, you accept responsibility for the proper conduct of yourself and your party. The car park supplier reserves the right at any time to terminate (before or after departure) your booking or that of any member of your party due to your/their misconduct, within their reasonable opinion. Full cancellation charges will apply and no refund will be given. Furthermore, the car park supplier provider shall be under no obligation, whatsoever to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses you may incur as a result of said termination of your booking, in accordance with this paragraph. If your actions or those of any member of your party causes damage you agree to fully indemnify us against any claim (including reasonable legal costs) made against a2bairportparking.com by the transfer provider. Lastly, you are also liable for reimbursing the car park supplier for any damage caused.

The company requires you to retain your car parking ticket, voucher, and keep it safe whilst you are away. Local car parking suppliers have a lien for all charges due and will only release your car on production of voucher ticket if number plate recognitionn is not in use.
The company cannot be held responsible if you lose your return procedures, ticket, voucher and it is presented to the company by a third party who may use it fraudulently to take your vehicle.
